We regret to inform you that we will be discontinuing the Nayax services at Happy Family Laundromat at block 323 due to the increasing costs associated with maintaining the device. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding during this transition period.

We want to assure you that we have identified a replacement payment gateway and are working towards completing the switch before our contract ends on 30/09/2024. In the meantime, we could still use Cash and Nayax payment options to ensure a smooth and convenient experience for all our customers.

Important Notification: Cessation of KuikPay Business Service for Laundromat

We regret to inform you that we will be ceasing our Kuikpay Payment Services due to rising costs, and as a P&L. As a Brand (Kuikpay), we have always strived to provide exceptional services at affordable prices for the self-service laundromat community. Unfortunately, the cost of running our Payment Services has become unsustainable and we can no longer continue operating in this capacity. Our last day of Kuikpay services for laundromat will be 27th Nov 2023 end of business day (2359hrs), thereafter the services will not be available.

We understand that this news may come as a disappointment to many of our customers who have relied on our Payment Services for their financial transactions. We want to assure you that we are actively seeking alternative solutions for your payment needs.
