As busy working parents, not having to train someone completely new to the job and environment helped them to save a lot of time and hassle. Getting a transfer helper also allowed them to conduct in-person interviews and vibe-checks with their children to see how this new member of their family would assimilate into their household.

Today we had a chat with Paul Foster & Leila Foster | Birth • Breathwork • Breakthroughs on their perspective on parents hiring help.

Given her vast experience as a Doula and Birth Coach, Leila shared her recommendation for parents to hire their helper before they give birth so that they can train them and get familiar before the newborn arrives. These few extra months help to ensure a much less stressful process in the long run.
