1. Dismantling the air conditioning fan coil unit
2. Chemical cleaning/washing of the evaporator coils and parts
3. Cleaning of the air-conditioning external front covers/ panels (including side, top and bottom of the aircon)
4. Chemical washing of the air conditioning air filters
5. Chemical washing of the air conditioning blower wheel and fan blade
6. Cleaning the air conditioning condensation water drainage pan
7. Checking and flushing of air conditioning condensation water drainage pipe
8. Checking on the operating condition of the air conditioning blower fan motor (grease lubricant will be applied if required)
9. Checking of the compressor suction and discharge pressure (refrigerant system check)
10. Checking for uncommon noises generated by air conditioning units
11. Check the operation of major electrical connections for any loose wires

2. Checking and cleaning the door evaporator coil
3. Checking and cleaning the indoor drainage tray (wall mount coil)
4. Checking deodorizing and the purifying filter
5. Checking the compressor suction as well as the discharge pressure
6. Checking the fan bearing and lubricate it when necessary
7. Checking and tightening electrical contacts
8. Vacuuming the drainage pan
