Carrot Cake
Food finds in Taiwan🇹🇼
The carrot cake we enjoyed for breakfast are not those like ours fried with eggs or black sweet sauce.
It’s pure simple smooth slices of lightly fried fried carrot cake.
Really enjoyed that velvety, melt-in-the-mouth texture and it’s light for a meal for breakfast. Of course it goes well with the soya drink.
