Tu estrategia de revenue management puede ser perfecta. Y aun así estar perdiendo dinero.

Suena contradictorio, pero es lo que vemos cada día en el sector del alquiler vacacional.

En España, los listados crecieron un 8,7% el último año. La ocupación bajó un 5%. Las tarifas subieron un 8%. ¿Resultado? El RevPAR se mantiene plano.

Más propiedades. Precios más altos. Menos noches vendidas.

Y mientras tanto, los algoritmos de Airbnb y Booking ya no premian el precio. Premian la conversión, la velocidad de respuesta y la calidad del servicio.

Es decir: premian la operativa.

En Latinoamérica pasa algo similar. Ciudad de México alcanza un 73% de ocupación en temporada alta, pero con un límite de 180 noches anuales, cada noche que pierdes por un fallo operativo es dinero que no vuelve.

La realidad es esta:
