Many people see the success, but not the journey it took to get here the ropes I had to learn the hard way. I’m not ‘successful’ today, I’m still learning. There were setbacks along the way, but we never stopped moving forward. This was never a one-person job it’s been a team effort, and the love and support from those closest to me carried us through. From general cleaning to post-renovation cleaning, and now looking ahead to commercial cleaning every step has been a progression. Here’s to building something meaningful, and none of it would’ve been possible without the customers who believed in us along the way

We were recently sued with legal action by a customer who happens to be a lawyer. I’m not making this video to shame anyone or get any sympathy, just to share a perspective. As service providers, we’re human too. Even if some see us as ‘lower,’ we deserve respect just the same.

Many of us in this industry are taught that ‘the customer is king” that no matter what happens, we apologise, we give in, we stay silent. But I hope we can all be given the chance to explain ourselves and stand up for our rights too
