Drain flies, also known as moth flies, are common insects which found at highly organic areas such as sink drains, sewage treatment
facilities, dung and rotten vegetation. Drain flies may become abundant around bathroom or kitchen sinks.
Infestations can be eliminated only by removing the larval food source (clean the drain traps by removing the organic materials).
Insecticides can be applied to control the current problem.

Subterranean termites are common pests in Singapore. They build their nests in the soil and highly dependent on soil for moisture.
The sign of infestation is when you see mud tubes in your house. This is because they construct mud tubes to avoid dehydration during the process of searching for cellulose sources above the ground level.

Corrective treatment for control
The chemical barrier is established by injecting termiticide through the holes drilled in the floor slab along the buling perimeter at regular intervals (between 30cm to 40cm apart for each holes). Normally, 5 liter of termiticide is injected per hole.
