We are a startup project in Lisbon!
We are duo with relevant experience within the short-medium term rentals!
Our experience ranges from apartment setup (utility contracts, maintenance and cleaning); reservations and sales management (entire apartments or single rooms); guest relations & PR (check-ins and check-outs) and finally housekeeping.
We rule English, Spanish and Portuguese.
We are willing to help you translate or create any advert you need to sell your apartment/ rooms or else help you find or get an apartment/room.
Through our services we want to help you boost your sales by combining both professional and inviting adverts together with an excellence housekeeping service, one that tickles all senses, allowing your guest to feel at home as soon as he walks in.
We can help you set up all utility company contracts (EDP, EPAL, GALP, VODAFONE or MEO) and at the same time manage them at the same time or when ever a problem might arise we will step in.
Our CLEANING services run from regular apartments, to short term rental apartments (from check-in to check-in), spring cleans, specific area cleaning, office spaces or stores.
