Maintenance works Who am I

My name is Manu and I live in Lisbon. I speak English and some Portugues.

I am 42 and my native languages are French and Dutch. I am a specialist in cleaning rental properties and I do maintenance works too. After each check-out, at any time of the day, I can ensure a spotless clean for the next guest. Each clean is done using top of the range products which can be organic upon request. I am very handy and I love to take care of old Portuguese apartments and houses. My goal is to preserve the fascinating historical heritage that makes Lisbon such an emblematic city in the world. What do I do

I do basic cleanings on a weekly or regular basis (before and/or after check in)outs) to maintain a clean home. I am also available at any time when you need that extra help just once. I do deep cleanings which are after-builders cleanup, extensive dust cleaning and more. I can drill and fill up holes, repair taps, sand, polish, paint, varnish, hang up, treat wooden floors/furniture, …
