We would just like to say the biggest of thank you to you and your team who have been nothing short of exceptional in every way since we began our relationship with your team. Joao has gone above and beyond whenever needed. Astrid has always, always, responded to queries and kept us up to date where needed with legislation changes like the tourist tax. Your cleaners have done such a great job that guests never fail to comment on.
You yourself have always responded and given support to us when needed.
Can you let Astrid and Joao in particular know how much we appreciate what they have done for us over the years.

We would just like to give recognition and to say how marvellous Joao has been in the past but more recently as he has been coordinating Didier’s work on our flood protection system. As Didier does not speak English, Joao has stepped in at inconvenient times for himself and in all weather to ensure we are protected. He is proactive, communicative and has excellent customer relations. He is the Best!!! Didier has done a brilliant job as well.

legal documents (NIF, Segurança Social etc) and be available to work irregular hours, including weekends.
