Cylinder heads’ metalizing and machining of the exhaust valve seat bores to oversize, due to o-ring surface cavitation wear'.

Cylinder heads were metalized and the exhaust valve seat bores were machined to oversize. The repair addressed cavitation wear on the O-ring sealing surface, restoring the required geometry and ensuring proper sealing performance. The work was carried out to bring the cylinder heads to running condition.

Reconditioning of a MAN 32/40CD STX cylinder head, including restoration of the valve seat pocket surfaces through metalizing and precision machining.
The process involved rebuilding worn and corroded areas, followed by machining operations to restore the required dimensions and seating geometry. Proper restoration of these surfaces is essential for maintaining sealing performance, component durability and reliable engine operation.

Precision grinding of the cylinder head sealing surface for a MaK M20 engine.
Proper surface condition is essential for maintaining sealing integrity, ensuring correct component fitment and supporting reliable engine operation. The grinding process restores the required surface finish and dimensional accuracy before reassembly.

Reconditioning and machining of the cylinder liner contact surfaces on a MAN 2866 cylinder block.

The scope of work included surface restoration through metalizing, followed by precision machining of the cylinder liner seating areas. These processes are essential to restore correct dimensions, ensure proper liner fitment and maintain the long-term reliability of the engine.

The final result is a fully restored contact surface, prepared for further assembly and operation.
