The candidate must have a Bachelors's degree in business administration (B.Com/BBA) from a reputable institute of Karachi.
Candidate must possess good soft skills and have the ability to work in pressure situations
Must have good expertise in MS Excel especially advance tools of excel used in reconciliation.
Responsible for all financial matters (Purchase Order, Invoices, Receivable, Reconciliations etc)
Responsible for Ledgers Reconciliation
Assist in the preparation of financial reports such as financial statements and budget performance
Aid in the implementation of new accounting policies, standards, and guidelines
Provide accurate, timely, and relevant recording, reporting, and analysis of financial information
Assist the management accounts function in the development improvement of current processes/ functionality.
Reconciling various control accounts; Cash, Credit Card, Prepaid, Accrued Income, VAT, Wages & PAYE.
Reconciliation of Inter company balances & Group company accounts.
Prepare and present Expenditure report, Financial statements,
Bank reconciliation, Balance sheet variance and Analysis
Audit petty cash expenses.
Having sound knowledge of direct and indirect cash flow, financial reporting and planning and Internal controls.
