EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 16 - 2021

• SECTION 4. NO MOVEMENT DAY FOR CRITICAL ZONES.

• In line with the Provincial Government’s recommendation to observe a No Movement Day at least once a week, the City Government declares Sundays as a Decontamination/No Movement Day in the City of Urdaneta.

• No person shall be allowed to leave their respective residences, except for APORs. The day shall be utilized for the disinfection of the public plaza, market, and all business establishments.

• Malls, grocery stores, restaurants, and other business establishments shall be CLOSED, except pharmacies/drugstores and gasoline stations.
