All articles sent and dropped off for laundry service are accepted by RoboWash Laundry at the customer's risk. All laundry articles will be handled with utmost care and effort to deliver high-quality service. RoboWash Laundry shall not be liable for any damage caused by the normal washing process,
loss of buttons, items left inside pockets (pens, lighters, metal, and sharp objects), shrinkage, bleeding, and discoloration of customers' own articles. Customer is responsible to declare the fragility of the articles. Non-laundry items (such as keys, lighter, ballpen, and coin) shall be removed by the customer first before handing them over for laundry. Any special care instructions should be disclosed by the customer. RoboWash Laundry reserves the right to schedule a pickup of laundry articles. RoboWash Laundry shall not be liable for lost items. Customers are encouraged to make their own inventory of the laundry articles and declare it upon pickup/drop-off of their laundry articles. RoboWash Laundry shall not be liable for any loss or damage brought about by fire, flood, or any other fortuitous event. Payment should be made on or before delivery/claim of laundry articles. Unclaimed items after more than 15 days shall be charged with storage fees. Complaints will only be entertained within 24 hours after delivery/claim of articles.
