: The Surigao del Norte Electric Cooperative Inc. has scheduled a power interruption on Saturday, January 31, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 NN, affecting all mainland barangays of Surigao City except Brgy. Bonifacio, Quezon, Silop, Mabini, Mapawa, Trinidad, Anomar, Sukailang, Tuazon Village, and portions of Brgy. Luna (Gaisano Capital, Sitio Bacud, and part of Sitio Looc).

The interruption is to facilitate critical corrective works on the 13.2 kV Bus line to ensure system reliability, operational safety, and prevention of possible equipment failure.
