Good day, my fellow Silaynons,

Due to the imminent threat brought by Severe Tropical Storm Tino and its possibility of passing through in Negros Island, I hereby declare the Cancellation of WORK in GOVERNMENT OFFICES within Silay City, starting 1:00 PM today November 03, 2025 until tomorrow November 04, 2025.

This declaration is effective only for today until tomorrow and shall be automatically lifted if weather condition is improve.

However, government offices and agencies directly responsible for the delivery of basic health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital services essential to public safety shall continue normal operations.

The Silay City DRRM Council strongly encourages everyone to:
• Remain vigilant and cautious.
• Follow only official advisories and announcements.
• Prioritize the safety and security of your families and communities at all times.
