Rest assured, your satisfaction is our first priority. In fact, we treat your laundry as if it were our own, however we still need to agree to some rules to ensure that there are no misunderstanding about our services or your obligations. By using our service, you acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions. All items for laundry or any oth
er services by Tita Laundry House are at the owner's risk. We render our services with utmost care. However, Tita Laundry House cannot be held liable for shrinkage, stains, fading, discoloration or damage arising from defect including perspiration or insect destruction or normal wear and tear, loss of buttons and anything left in the pockets.Tita Laundry House does not guarantee the removal of all stains.Tita Laundry House shall not be liable for any damages in case of fire, flood and other unforeseen events or loss through force majeure. All claims must be made within 24 hours after receipt of items. All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Liability is limited to three (3) times the laundry services charges regardless of brand and condition. Tita Laundry House reserves the right to dispose of any unclaimed laundry two (2) months past the due date. Kindly note that it's not our obligation to remind you to claim your laundry.
