By using the laundry services of Pearl Laundry Shop you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Customer Responsibility for Garment Suitability
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that items brought in are suitable for machine washing. Customers must check and follow the care labels and are encouraged to inform our staff of any special instructions or concerns prior to service.
Limitation of Liability
Pearl Laundry Shop is not liable for:
Shrinkage, discoloration, bleeding, or fading of fabric;
Tears, holes, stretching, or weakening of materials;
Damage to accessories such as zippers, buttons, sequins, beads, or prints;
Damage caused by items left in pockets (e.g., pens, keys, coins);
Loss or misplacement of non-inventoried items.
No compensation or replacement guarantee:
Pearl Laundry does not offer reimbursement or replacement for any damaged or lost items. By using our services, you agree to waive any claims for compensation.
Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Risk
Submitting garments for service constitutes acceptance of these terms. You acknowledge and accept the potential risks associated with the cleaning process and release Pearl Laundry Shop , its owners, and staff from any liability.
