Punong-puno ang schedule namin nitong nakaraang linggo.

CLN PH offers Post-Construction Cleaning at Deep Cleaning sa San Pedro, Laguna at nearby cities, kasama ang Express General Cleaning at itemized services tulad ng sofa at mattress shampooing.

Magka-kaibang klase ng bahay, pareho ang sipag na dala namin sa bawat isa. Nagsimula kami sa post-construction. Sa ibang araw naman, luxury at premium deep cleaning naman ang trabaho, hanggang sa sulok hinanap namin ang dumi na matagal nang hindi nagagalaw.

Pagdating namin sa bahay ni Ms. Che, alam na namin na hindi ito magiging maikling trabaho. Tumuloy kami, oras-oras, hanggang sa lumagpas na kami sa walong oras.

Alam po naming karamihan sa cleaning services, oras-oras ang singil, at may dagdag pang bayad kapag lumagpas sa napagkasunduang oras. Sa CLN PH, iba ang approach. Scope-based ang presyo namin, hindi oras-oras, kaya kahit lumagpas kami sa walong oras sa bahay ni Ms. Che, wala pong dinagdag na singil.

May isa pa kaming pinagkaiba. Karamihan sa cleaning companies, iba-ibang subcontractor ang ipinapadala kada schedule, kaya bago palagi ang mukhang darating sa bahay niyo. Kala niyo hindi na maibabalik sa dati? Kaso CLN PH yata kami.

Ito po yung sofa at k**a na shinampoo namin k**akailan lang, mula sa unang tingin hanggang sa huling resulta.

Kitang kita niyo sa before, during, at after photos namin kung gaano kadumi talaga pag hindi na-deep clean nang matagal, kahit mukhang okay lang sa unang tingin. No AI modifications sa picture (except na medyo pinataasan lang namin ng brightness para makita niyo talaga kung gaano kadumi).

Pero aaminin namin, hindi biro ang proseso nito. Oras din ang inabot namin sa mga upholstery na ito, mula sa pre-vacuum, application ng shampoo solution, hanggang sa extraction at pag-dry. Pero kung makikita namin yung dati at bagong itsura nito side by side sa documentation namin, doon namin talaga na-eexperience yung saya at pride sa trabaho, at lalo na kapag masaya ang client namin makita na malinis na ang kanyang sofa.

Proud kami sa bawat proyekto na natatapos namin, lalo na yung mga akala mo eh patapon na. Kaya sa CLN PH, hindi lang kami basta linis, kundi talagang malinis sa loob at labas.

Medyo nabusy lang kami lately, kaya sa mga clients po namin last week, maraming salamat po (kahit aaminin namin, hindi laging perpekto ang service namin)

Sobra lang po talaga kaming na-busy ngayong linggo, kaya halos hindi na kami masyado nakapagpost lately. May mga chinecheck pa po, iniischedule, at may booked weekend pa kaming kasunod this week.

Pero promise, kapag nakaluwag, magpopost pa po kami ng more documentation.

Sa ngayon, tignan ninyo muna itong before and after ng isang sofa na na-shampoo namin last week. Akala talaga namin hindi na mabubuhay pa.

Pero dahil di aayaw ang cleaners namin sa trabaho, nalinis talaga namin. Dahil nakakasigurado po kaming serbisyo ang priority namin.

At aaminin namin, sa dami ng client namin, may mga areas minsan na naooverlook kami, or may mga maliliit na namimiss. Pero ang assurance namin, may backjob guarantee kami dito.

Kaya kung sakaling may namiss kami, ipaalam lang agad at babalikan namin 'yan. Imessage niyo lang po kami.

Fake news po na ayaw namin magprovide ng post-service support, and our recent client can attest to that. We will always provide backjob, so long as it is within reasonable bounds.

Di man kami perpekto, pero di kami pabaya sa client namin.

CLN PH stands by its work. When we fall short, we return, correct it, account for it. This has been our practice since day one back when we are still Cleeneco Laguna.

Where a concern is legitimate, we act on it. Where the resolution requested falls outside reasonable support, we require proof first, standard in any professional organization.

A genuine bad experience entitles a client to a negative review, and we remain open to it. One client did this on Google, and it became five stars once resolved because the client was able to provide documentation thus we were able to identify that it is indeed an issue on our end and we were able to solve it together.

But not all of the time, we expect things to be solved. 𝗔 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗮 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗳𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗽𝘁, 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁. Everyone is entitled to their honest review, and likewise it gives us a way to further improve our service.

𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗲 𝗱𝗿𝗮𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲: We cannot accept the same rating from two or more accounts with a marked resemblance to each other. Because at this point, it is fair to ask if this is still genuine feedback.

We stayed quiet, understanding clients need to vent. But when a rating appears months after engagement ceased, and the account gave our competitor using multiple accounts one star as well, the pattern speaks for itself.

Our cleaners are professionals, not simply labor. We train and equip them, and extend them the same respect we ask of clients. Protecting our people is part of how we operate.

In this matter, we exhausted every reasonable post-service support, requesting details and evidence to keep things fair to our cleaners too. This was read as a lack of cooperation or as if we are just taking advantage of them. We followed up anyway, and got disparaging replies.

To our long standing clients, thank you. You know how we work. We fix what's ours to fix, and our long standing clients know we usually do more than that.
