• Assist customers with inquiries and service scheduling
• Manage job orders and service records
• Handle basic office tasks (filing, data entry, reports)
• Answer phone calls and Facebook inquiries
• Coordinate with mechanics and service advisor
• Maintain organized customer records
• Help monitor parts and inventory

✅ Job Qualifications

• At least Senior High School or College Level
• Experience in office/admin work is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word / Excel
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Honest, responsible, and hardworking
