Dear fellow laundry shop owners,
I understand that the laundry business has become more competitive, with new shops opening regularly. That's simply part of business, and every customer has the freedom to choose the service that best meets their needs.
Each of us has our own methods, standards, and techniques for caring for our customers' clothes. If you happen to hear positive feedback about our shop, I hope it will serve as motivation rather than a reason for concern. After all, our common goal is to provide quality service and earn our customers' trust.
With that said, I kindly ask for a little professional courtesy. I hope we can respect one another's business by avoiding inquiries about confidential matters such as our pricing strategies, washing process, business techniques, or whether we formulate our own cleaning products. Every business invests time, effort, and experience into developing its own systems, and I believe those deserve the same respect we all expect for our own.
Let's continue to compete through excellent service, integrity, and customer satisfaction—not by trying to uncover each other's business practices. Wishing everyone success and growth in their businesses.
