Hindi lahat ng paglayo o pananahimik ay sign ng kahinaan. Sometimes, the strongest people know when to step back, observe, and carefully prepare their next move.
Senator Ronald "Bato" Dela Rosa has been through many battles in public service and politics, yet he continues to stand firm. Every step counts. Kaya kung tila nawala man siya nitong mga nakaraang araw, for sure, he was preparing himself mentally, emotionally, and strategically for a bigger fight ahead.
When I saw the video, I saw a man fighting to protect his life because he knows he still has responsibilities to fulfill and principles to defend. Minsan, survival is also part of the battle, and perhaps he simply applied the element of surprise — BULAGA sa mga taong gustong pabagsakin siya.
Ang taong may tunay na tapang at paninindigan ay hindi basta-basta napapabagsak. Hindi madaling ma-pin down ang taong marunong lumaban, bumangon, at mag-isip ng tamang galaw sa tamang panahon.
In times of pressure and criticism, real strength is not always loud. Sometimes, strength means staying alive, staying focused, and preparing for the right moment to fight again.
