Hello, LabaTrip family! 🧺✨
We love taking care of your clothes, and your peace of mind means everything to us! To make sure your laundry day is completely worry-free and your items return home safe and sound, here are a few sweet reminders for your next visit:
🌬️ Fresh Air Tip: Say NO to "Amoy Kulob"!
Once you pick up your fresh laundry and get home, please remove the plastic wrap right away! Taking it off allows your clothes to breathe, lets any trapped moisture escape, and keeps them from developing that stale, kulob smell.
🧦 Protect the Little Things like Socks, underwear, and handkerchiefs love to go missing in the wash! Because it’s so easy for tiny items or pocket valuables (like coins or keys) to get misplaced, we can’t be held liable for them. Our friendly tip: Pop them into a mesh laundry bag before dropping them off so they stay safely grouped together!
📋 Let’s Count Together!
Want extra certainty? You can list down your items so we can totally tally and verify your pieces together upon drop-off.
🎥 We’ve Got Our Eyes on Your Clothes!
Your garments are safe in our hands! For your total reassurance, our shop is equipped with 2 active CCTV cameras. If you ever have a concern, we can easily go back and double-check the video footage of your clothes through every single step—from Loading into the machines all the way to the final Fold!
Thank you so much for your continuous trust, smiles, and support. We can’t wait to see you at the shop! 👋🧼
