Key Responsibilities •
At least SEVEN (7) years experience in Litigation / Corporate Practice (SENIOR LAWYERS)
At least three (3) years experience in supervisory management
(SENIOR LAWYERS)
Takes an active part in client meetings, understands the issues, and comes up with a possible way of action to resolve the case;
• Prepares and represents clients during trials, hearings and legal proceedings;
• Comprehends complex matters and identifies laws that are applicable to the case;
• Conducts a thorough research and gathers all data and information relevant to the case;
• Prepares pleadings, motions, briefs, legal opinion, conference notes, contracts;
• Makes full use of various applications and computer programs to update, document, sort and classify the important legal correspondences and make presentations;
• Handles all the administration part like maintaining, updating and keeping a track of the important legal documents covering a wide range of clients;
• Displays persuasive communication skills that will help in building trust and broadening the client base
• Other tasks and responsibilities that may be assigned by the partners.
Qualifications
• Must be a member of the Philippine Bar
• Must be intellectual, ambitious, God-centered, willing to learn, and diligent
• Must be fluent in speaking and writing in the English language
• Must have good work ethics & appearance
• Must have good writing skills
• With excellent interpersonal skills and can work well with colleagues
• Must have a keen eye for detail and with strong legal research skills
• Knowledge in real estate law, e-commerce, technology and litigation will be an advantage
• Must have initiative, be result-oriented, be able to perform multiple tasks with minimal supervision, work well under pressure in a fast-paced working environment;
• Must be able to start immediately and work in Quezon City Scout Area
