[ANNOUNCEMENT]

To all our Avida Towers Cloverleaf Customers:

This is to inform that our pick up and delivery services will be temporarily unavailable this week or until the Ayala management allows our new utility vehicle to enter the Ayala premises. We are working on this matter and we will let you know as soon as our pick up and delivery services are back. For the mean time, you can drop off you laundry at our shop located at 35 Balingasa Street near Aglipay Church.

Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you.

Part of our initiative this BER season is to provide activities to our employees outside of work and give them awards for their win. This month, the game we hosted was a black out Bingo game and we gave the winner a full Laundry Service vouchers from Stunner’s Laundry House . Congratulations, tita!

[ANNOUNCEMENT]

This is to inform you that Stunner’s Laundry House will be doing our monthly preventive maintenance on our machines to give you and your clothes the best service. With this being said, SLH will be CLOSED on SUNDAY (August 21, 2022). Operations resume on Monday. Laundries to be dropped off at the store and picked up through our delivery services on Saturday will be released on either Monday or Tuesday based on first come first served basis.

𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐌𝐒 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒:

(1) Articles not claimed within seven (7) days will be charged an additional 50% of the cost service; articles not claimed within thirty (30) days will be charged an additional 100% of the cost of service.
(2) Stunner's Laundry House and its associated entities are not liable for any damages caused by the use of the washer and dryers to the articles. to avoid such instances, clients should declare the fragility and sensitivity of articles upon drop off.
(3) Stunner's Laundry House shall not be liable for any damages to the laundry articles in case of fire, flood, earthquake and other unforeseen events.
(4) Stunner's Laundry House shall not be liable for any damages resulting from normal washing and drying process, such as loss of buttons, stains , anything left in pockets, shrinking and fading of garments including bleeding clothes.
(5) Stunner's Laundry House does not guarantee removal of all stains.
(6) Stunner's Laundry House reserves the right to confirm accuracy of the articles for laundry and inform the clients of any discrepancy within 24 hours.
(7) Complaints will only be entertained within 24 hours from date of delivery/claim.
