To our valued clients in Mira Nila, Embassy Tierra Pura, Tierra Bella, Tierra Evelina, Union Village, UP Professors Village, Doña Faustina, Gloria Village, and nearby communities,

We would like to inform you of an important update regarding our pick‑up service fees.

Over the past months, Clean Butler has absorbed the continuous increase in gasoline prices to avoid passing any additional cost to our clients. We maintained our previous rates for as long as possible and explored all internal options before making any adjustments.

However, fuel prices have continued to rise, and the situation is now beyond our control. To ensure we maintain reliable and efficient service, we will be implementing the following standardized pick‑up fees:

• ₱50 minimal pick‑up fee for areas within 2 km from the Clean Butler shop
• ₱99 minimal pick‑up fee for areas beyond 2 km from the Clean Butler shop
• For locations beyond 5 km, fees will be computed accordingly based on distance and fuel consumption

Please be assured that these rates reflect the lowest possible adjustments we can implement at this time. We will continue to monitor fuel prices closely and will keep these fees as low as we can without compromising service quality.

Clients may also opt to deliver their laundry directly to our shop to avoid the pick‑up fee.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding and continued trust in Clean Butler. Our team is ready to assist should you need any clarification.
