Simple. Transparent. Worry-free.

At Celeste Shoe Cleaning Services, we believe customers should never have to wonder where their shoes are or what stage of the cleaning and restoration process they’re in.

That’s why we built an online order tracking system—making it as easy as tracking a parcel.

After placing an order, customers receive a unique tracking code via email. Simply enter that code on our tracking page to view real-time updates on the status of every pair, from processing to delivery.

By giving customers complete visibility throughout the journey, we provide greater peace of mind while making the entire service experience more convenient and seamless.

As we celebrate serving over 300,000 pairs of shoes since 2022, we’re proud to be the first shoe cleaning and restoration service in the Philippines to offer an online order tracking system for our customers.

We believe innovation isn’t just about adding technology—it’s about making every customer experience simpler, more transparent, and worry-free.
