We’re Hiring: Laundry Shop Attendant (Must Know How to Drive Electric Bike!)

Are you reliable, customer-oriented, and skilled in riding an electric bike? We're looking for a Laundry Shop Attendant to join our team! If you have experience in laundry services and know how to operate an electric bike for pick-up and delivery, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist customers with laundry drop-offs and pickups.
2. Sort, wash, fold, and package laundry items as per customer specifications.
3. Use an electric bike to handle pick-up and delivery of laundry items in a timely manner.
4. Provide excellent customer service at all touchpoints, ensuring satisfaction.
5. Keep the laundry shop neat, organized, and well-maintained.
6. Monitoring of stocks and Daily sale monitoring.

Qualifications:

1. Must know how to drive an electric bike.
2. Previous experience in a laundry is a plus.
3. Strong communication and customer service skills.
4. Attention to detail with a focus on quality.
5. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
6. Ability to lift and carry laundry bags as needed.
