For our Kapitolyo customers: we will continue to serve you during ECQ with our adjusted store hours
* We will only allow drop off and pick up of full-service laundry. Entry inside the store is not allowed.

We’d like to request for your strict compliance with the modified procedures:
1. Kindly drop off your laundry at the door, where our laundry attendant will receive it.
2. Our laundry attendant will prepare the Job Order details and will be the one to process your laundry in-store.
3. These laundry services are available: (1) Wash-Dry-Fold, (2) Wash-Dry-Press, and (3) Dry Cleaning. The due date will be indicated in the Job Order. Longer lead times may apply, especially for pressing and dry cleaning.

We will ensure that the same quality of laundry service is done to your clothes while practicing enhanced sanitation procedures — in handling of laundry, maintaining hygiene of our employees, and cleaning the area and supplies used in-store.

To our KAPITOLYO customers: Beginning July 1, we will be open once again to do your laundry with you!
* Open daily, from 9am to 6pm (last load is at 5pm)

We’d like to request for your cooperation and strict compliance with the following precautions inside The Washery:

1. The store area is open for customers who wish to do self-service laundry. However, a maximum of 6 customers at a time are allowed inside.
2. No mask, no entry.
3. Please remember to practice safety and distancing inside the store.
4. To avoid handling of money, we also accept non-cash payments.

Apart from self-service laundry, we still continue accepting your full-service laundry and dry cleaning requirements (drop-off and pick-up). Thank you for your continued patronage and cooperation especially during this time!

* We will only allow drop off and pick up of full-service laundry. Entry inside the store is not allowed.

For our Kapitolyo customers: We will start accepting your laundry beginning April 9, 8am to 5pm!
* We will only allow drop off and pick up of full-service laundry. Entry inside the store is not allowed.

We’d like to request for your strict compliance with the modified procedures:
1. We will not open the store area to customers. Please also practice safety and social distancing if in the event there are other customers waiting outside.
2. Kindly drop off your laundry at the door, where our laundry attendant will receive it.
3. Please wait for a while for her to sanitize the exterior of your load, weigh it, get your details for the Job Order, and make arrangements for when the pick up will be.
4. Our laundry attendant will be the one to process your laundry in-store.
5. The following laundry services will be available: (1) Wash-Dry-Fold, (2) Wash-Dry-Press, and (3) Dry Cleaning. The due date will be indicated in the Job Order. Longer lead times may apply, especially for pressing and dry cleaning.

As of April 6, 2021:

We have extended our temporary closure until further notice (due to the extended ECQ).

However, we are also closely monitoring the situation on a daily basis to assess when it can be safer to resume operations only for drop-off laundry service.

In compliance with the ECQ from March 28 to April 4, please be advised that we will be closed on these dates for both our Kapitolyo and U.P. Town Center branches.

Further for our U.P. Town Center branch — we have decided to close our physical space after March 31 (unfortunately, this was made to be earlier due to the ECQ). However, we will continue to fully operate to serve the laundry and dry cleaning needs of our customers through our free pick-up and delivery services. For walk-in customers who have not claimed their finished laundry, please directly coordinate with us at 0931 774 1235 and 0905 477 6598. Please also settle any unpaid balances.

Moving forward, we will release separate advisories with regards to pick-up and delivery arrangements for our U.P. Town Center customers.

Until then, everyone please stay safe and stay at home during ECQ!

Please take note of our store schedule for the upcoming holidays. We will be closed on December 25 and January 1 for both branches in U.P. Town Center and Kapitolyo. We will be following the mall hours of U.P. Town Center in the days that we are open. For Kapitolyo, we will close at 5pm (last loading time at 4pm) on December 24 and December 31. Thank you!
