May nagpost po sa page namin na sinisiraan po ang Sudsmatic Launderette. Iniwan daw nya laundry nya sa amin at nung kinuha nya after 3 or 4 days ay hindi daw tiniklop at hindi daw pinalitan amg plastic bag nya. Hindi ko na makita ang post nya, either blocked nya ako or deleted na yung post nya or both. Ang sagot ko na lang po sa kaniya, mali po kayo ng pinasok na laundry shop, hindi po ito tulad ng ibang regular or traditional na laundry shop na pinupuntahan nyo. Self service po ito at hindi po namin obligasyon na tupiin at palitan ng plastic bag ang labada ninyo. Iniwan po ninyo ang palaba ninyo ng walang extra charge, wala pa nga po kayong dalang sabon at hindi namin kayo nasingil sa sabon na ginamit namin, tapos sisiraan nyo kami? Napakaunfair nyo naman po. Alamin nyo po muna kasi ang detalye bago kayo magpost ng kung anumang paninira sa amin. Salamat po.
