>CCTV setup (with 4 Cameras)
>3 Ceiling Fans
>Countertop, Folding Table, Shelves

Units are more than 2 years old
but not heavily used and utilized
due to pandemic lockdowns since last year.

No issues and well maintained.
With semi-annual Deep Cleaning
and Maintenance Services, and
bi-monthly Tub Cleaning procedures done.
