We are expanding our team and looking for a OFFICE STAFF📣
Duties and Responsibilities
* Answering incoming calls; and taking messages
* Dealing with email & social enquiries
* Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, socials, and e-mail.
* Data entry/Encoding
* Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
* Maintaining the company social media and e-commerce accounts
* Providing administration support to Sales Reps, Executive Secretary and Owner
* Monitor payments/collections
* Keep management informed of credit and collection activities
* Documents, updates and acquires information on accounts
* Supervise outstanding account balances
* Reports to the executive secretary and owners
* Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level and anticipating needed supplies.
* Other work that may be assigned that is not mentioned above

Educational and Experience Requirements:
- Highschool diploma
- Knowledgeable in Google sheet and Microsoft Office especially in Excel
- Knowledgeable in Lazada and Shopee is a plus
