Inventory & Resource Management: Monitoring and managing the use of cleaning chemicals, PPE, and specialized equipment (e.g., color-coded microfiber systems).

Problem-Solving & Communication: Serving as the main point of contact for hospital administration, handling concerns quickly and professionally.

📋 QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years of proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Team Lead is a strict requirement.

Industry Background: Direct experience supervising in a hospital, healthcare facility, or medical clinic is highly prioritized.

Deep understanding of healthcare waste segregation, sanitation chemicals, and safety compliance.
