Operations Admin Assistant

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Admin Assistant to support the daily operations of Cleanworx Domestic Services. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, coordinate bookings, dispatch cleaning staff, and ensure smooth communication between clients and cleaners.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Answer client inquiries through Facebook, phone calls, SMS, and other communication platforms
* Coordinate and confirm bookings with clients
* Dispatch and schedule cleaners based on booking requirements and availability
* Monitor daily operations and staff schedules
* Provide updates and follow-ups to clients regarding their bookings
* Maintain organized records of bookings, payments, and client information
* Coordinate with the operations team to ensure quality service delivery
* Handle administrative tasks and reports as needed
* Assist in resolving client concerns and service issues professionally
Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills
* Organized and detail-oriented
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure
* Knowledgeable in page management, Messenger, and Google Sheets/Excel
* Experience in customer service, admin work, or scheduling is an advantage
* Trustworthy, responsible, and professional
Work Setup
* Initial 2-week office-based training and onboarding
* Transition to home-based work setup after training period
* Must be willing to report to the office when needed for meetings, operations, or urgent concerns
