JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales.
• Must be result-driven and can work independently
• Able to market our products and develop new accounts particularly to stores and groceries in the assigned area.
• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales volume and operating income targets.
• • Partner with new distributors and wholesalers based on daily, weekly and monthly targets.
• • Manage daily routing based on route call schedule, sales order generation, booking of AR collection, and delivery/pick-up stocks.
• • Develop the selling skills of distributors, salesmen, and merchandisers.
• • Exercise necessary controls on discounts and other expenses.
• • Conduct monthly business review with distributors and wholesalers and report actual sales and sales trends to the Sales Manager.
• • Ensure superior customer service is being observed at every customer touchpoint.
• • Participate in and perform any special projects that will contribute to the overall success of the business.

Qualifications
• Has a basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Proficiency in English both in written and verbal communication
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
• Must know how to drive vehicle and must have a valid Driver's License
