Laundry Terms and Conditions for everyone’s protection 💙

1. For your protection, always check for any valuables inside your garment before hand-over. We are not responsible for any loss of item left inside the pocket of your laundry.
2. Buenos Agua Laundry Shop is not liable for any damage/s resulted due to bleeding of clothes. Kindly separate clothes that are bleeding and inform staff for special handling.
3. Buenos Agua Laundry Shop is not liable for any damage/s resulted to natural effect of machine use to the garments or due to normal wear and tear (such as discoloration, loss of buttons, shrinkage, etc).
4. We only count the number of items. We are not accountable for what kind of item is in your laundry. We suggest that you bring in a list with your clothes details.
5. Buenos Agua Laundry Shop reserves the right to dispose of any items not collected within 30days. We shall have no liability whatsoever in respect of items disposed of pursuant to this clause.
6. Any complaints with our service must be reported to us within 24hours from the pick up or delivery date
