LAUNDRY SERVICE POLICIES & GUIDELINES
To ensure quality service and proper handling of your items, please take note of the following:

1. Washing & Stain Removal

Regular wash and dry service does not include stain removal treatment. While we do our best, stains may not be completely removed. If you require stain treatment, please inform us in advance as this is considered a separate service.

2. Sorting of Laundry

Clients may choose between mixed load (halo-halo) or separated washing (whites, colored, etc.). Once a mixed load is approved, the laundry service will not be liable for any color transfer or damage.

3. Delicate Items Handling

Items such as undergarments, silk, lace, and heavily worn fabrics are accepted at the client’s risk, unless declared for special handling/service.

4. Checking of Pockets

Please ensure all pockets are empty before sending your laundry. Items such as coins, pens, lighters, tissues, or other objects are the customer’s responsibility. We are not liable for any damage caused by items left inside pockets.

5. Claims & Concerns

Any concerns, damages, or issues must be reported within 24 hours upon receipt of laundry, together with the official receipt for verification.

We will be implementing a scheduled laundry pick-up and delivery service to help manage the rising cost of gasoline and to protect our drivers from the extreme heat during the day.

Our pick-up schedule will be:
🕘 9:00 AM
🕐 1:00 PM
🕓 4:00 PM

This schedule will help us continue providing reliable service while ensuring the safety and well-being of our team on the road.

We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in scheduling your laundry pick-up within these times.

Dear valued customers,

Starting March 15, 2026, our Wash rate will be adjusted from ₱140 to ₱150 per load.

This small increase is necessary due to the continuous rise in the cost of laundry consumables and other operating expenses.
