Included: 2 pools(1st pool:4-4.5ft, 2nd pool 2.5ft), no corkage fee, Videoke (but VOLUME IS CONTROLLED during night bookings and VIDEOKE is turned off around 11pm),
chairs and tables, kitchen(kitchen can only be used when official time start), and grills, 1 air conditioned room(good for 8 - 10 depending on person size).
