(Except for pillows & comforters)

Assorted clothes (thick) pants, jackets, towels, etc = 3-5kg. Where are you located?

4. Do you pick up and deliver? Do you have delivery charg

6. How long will our laundry be delivered? Our target is next day delivery. But will depend on the volume of our clients.

7. What days and time do you operate? Shop operation : Monday to Sunday to 7:00am - 10pm (closing time is flexible)
Pick up & Delivery Schedule: Monday to Sunday 9am to 6pm

8. Do you remove stains? Yes, the best way we can. Some stains are already permanent.

9. How do you ensure completeness of our laundry? We advise for you to provide us a laundry list. (no list provided we will load it as is. We are not responsible for missing items not listed)

10. What cleaning agents do you use? Detergents- Ariel and Breeze Liquid Gel
Fabcon - Del, Surf, Downy, Champion, Bounce
Bleach - Zonrox Original, Zonrox Color Safe

11. Do you wash Curtains and Pillows? YES!

12. Do you wash clothes separately from other clients? ABSOLUTELY YES!
