TO ALL OUR VALUED TENANTS. In light of recent developments, we are implementing the following precautionary measures to help protect you and the other tenants of Bevene Residences against the spread of COVID-19:
1. Alcohol or hand sanitizers will be placed at reception counters during this period for your use.
2. We highly encourage tenants to clean and disinfect your own units more frequently. We also strongly request tenants to help us minimize foot traffic by limiting your visitors and practicing social distancing during this period.
3. Regarding the reservation fee for next school year 2020- 2021, we will be extending the deadline of the payment for reservation until further notice, though we appreciate you telling our staff about your intentions to renew.
4. Rental Bills - Checks and cash payments with due dates within the quarantine period (March 15, 2020 to April 14, 2020) will be put on hold for the meantime. Normal operations will follow afterwards.
5. For the utility bill, please refer to the announcement of Meralco and upcoming Maynilad statements.
Advisory from Meralco; " All Meralco bills due from March 1 to April 14, 2020, we are providing a 30 day extension from your due date"
We gently and humbly remind tenants and guests to practice good respiratory hygiene. This means covering your mouth and nose with your flexed elbow or tissue when you cough or sneeze and disposing of the used tissue properly. Everyone should regularly and thoroughly clean their hands with an alcohol-based hand rub or wash them with soap and water. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. Let us all work together to take care of our health, to protect each other, and to stop the spread of this virus.
