The Family owned business of Termitex Pest Control Services Co. was founded in February 2014 by Julius Laput and Aldrin Magdaraog. The company currently has four owners; two of them participate in daily operations. Aldrin had worked in the pest control industry for 15 years and act as the field/operation manager of Termitex. Rosario Sagayno, one of the co-owners came to the busine
ss with a background in office management and secretarial field. Victoria B. Laput, co-owners of Termitex Pest Control together with Julius T. Laput are responsible for the financial administration. The company was founded on Godly principles and high moral standards. We have always tried to run the business with honesty and integrity. We have created a good environment for our 6 team members to insure good working conditions and personal relationships as a team. We have made every effort to serve our customers efficiently and promptly and believe safety is our first priority. Our concern for the customer's environment, their family and the environment itself is our number one goal. This means materials are applied only when necessary, and the products chosen are designed for the control of the problem insects only, not non-target animals. Materials we use are of the lowest odour available and Non-harmful chemicals and the products are chosen because of their long-lasting ability and proven track record.
