totoo naman, i give silent treatment when i am mad. hindi ako iimik, magsasalita at hindi ko agad i p-point out 'yung nagawa mo why i am mad at you or why i am acting that way. i will wait for you to realize what have you done first, i will give you time to reflect and think about it for a second and figure out. but when i noticed that you seem clueless and unaware about what u did that hurt me, that's the time where i am going to step up. that's the time that i am going to talk to you and open up the issue. one of the reason why i give silent treatment when i am mad is because i will understand your explanations but i am not going to accept it anyways. i also need time to process and sort out my thoughts and feelings and i dont want to open my mouth and talk when i am at the peak of my emotions because i know it might cause another problem.

sometimes i give silent treatment but that doesn't mean i won't communicate.
