We want to clarify that a misunderstanding occurred earlier regarding our service policies.
The issue has already been resolved internally, and we want to reassure everyone that our shop remains committed to providing fair, consistent, and respectful service.
For transparency, we previously allowed one repeat client to operate as a RESELLER, meaning she received DISCOUNTED RATE for HER OWN CUSTOMER.
However, the special considerations and exceptions given to her β including pick-up & delivery for self-service β have gone beyond our standard policy and have started to affect our operations and our staff.
To maintain fairness for everyone:
β’ Self-service and full-service have different inclusions
β’ Pick-up & Delivery is strictly for Full-Service only
β’ Reseller discounts apply only within proper service rules
We value your trust, and we want every customer to receive equal and fair treatment.
