Qualifications :
>At least HS Graduate
>At least One (1) year experience in Janitorial / Housekeeping Team Leader
>With Good Moral Character and possess excellent team management skills and communication skills, both verbal & written
>Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks
>Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products
>Stamina to handle the physical demands of the job
>Hardworking, result oriented and flexible to work various shifts
>Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
>Can Start ASAP and with updated required document
RESPONSIBILITIES :
>Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards
>Oversee housekeeping staff performance on daily basis to ensure standard cleanliness are met
>Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absences
>Submit Regular report to the office & client
>Monitor, request and replenish cleaning supplies & Equipment if needed
>Issues cleaning supplies and equipment to housekeeping staff as needed
>Performs various cleaning duties in case of staff shortage
>Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job
>Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas
>Attending meetings and in-service training sessions as required
>Assigning janitorial duties to staff and regularly inspecting their work to
>ensure that established standards are met
