โข Pick Up and Delivery service is available from ๐ญ๐ฃ๐ ๐๐ผ ๐ฐ๐ฃ๐ ๐ฑ๐ฎ๐ถ๐น๐ except Monday and Thursday. Just contact our Dobi Station JRU hotline at ๐ฌ๐ต๐ฒ๐ฒ ๐ฌ๐ณ๐ต ๐ณ๐ณ๐ฏ๐ฏ.
โข All pick-up orders would be scheduled for a next day delivery. Same day in-store sign-outs available upon request.
โข Pick-up and deliveries will be arranged upon request and conducted at an agreed time.
โข We will not be held accountable for any lateness caused by unforeseen circumstances.
โข Missed pick-ups or deliveries shall be rescheduled as soon as possible at our discretion.
โข Request to leave your laundry unattended (e.g., on your porch, in a hallway, or in your lobby) or with a third party (e.g., with a neighbor, guard, receptionist, family member), frees us from any responsible of your laundry after dropped off.
โข By using our service, you agree that your clothes are suitable to be machined washed, on a normal cycle, and dried using heat in a tumble dryer. We will not bear any responsibility for any damage to clothing that is not suitable for our standard laundering process. We will not bear any responsibilities for any wear and tear of laundry, including loss of buttons, fading, holes, or abrasions.
โข We reserve the right to refuse to service items that may be hazardous to our staff, such as items heavily soiled with human or animal waste. This is for the health and safety of our team.
โข Laundry(s) are washed by per load as our standard procedure. But if you divide your clothes into two separate bags before your pick-up, we will run two separate loads, thus you will be charged for two loads. Along the same lines, we will not bear the responsibility for the re-disposition of colors (aka bleeding) or dimensional changes (aka shrinking or stretching).
โข We will not bear responsibility for the loss of or damage to any personal or non-cleanable items left in the clothing or bags such as pens, crayons, money, jewelry, or anything else.
โข If you are missing something from your delivery, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your clothes and give us at least one week to resolve the issue.
โข Any laundry unclaimed for 7 days upon completion, are deemed forfeited and will be donated to charity.
