The ECQ lockdown starts tonight at midnight 00:00 Aug. 6, 2021. Since we are a service company, we will still extend essential and emergency services for your homes or offices.

These usually are: 1.) leaks on your aircon that may need cleaning or repair. 2.) grease trap that are filling up and needs cleaning 3.) any water line leak or clogged drains that needs repair or de-clogging 4.) changing of locksets 5.) any electrical related issues or problems.

Let's get ahead and prepare for the ECQ lockdown before Aug. 6 to Aug. 20 2021.

One of the important thing in our home is clean air and efficient Airconditioning because we will be at home again bonding with the family for at least 2 weeks straight, maybe even longer if the covid delta variant situation worsens.

Second is an overflowing grease trap, clogged shower drain or any clog that causes overflow is another hassle when it happens during the lockdown.

Let's plan ahead by having it cleaned today, avoid the hassle and interrupting your two weeks of relaxed healthy home vacation.

NCR Is still under GCQ, and hopefully we can be reclassified to MGCQ after July 15 2021. Free vaccines are available now, the more people who gets vaccinated, we humans will get better chances of stopping the pandemic faster. Also keep your masks on even when fully vaccinated, this can prevent possible asymptomatic infections especially with the Delta+ COVID-19 variant now dominating infections around the world. NCR Plus is back to MECQ, those in need of renovation either minor or major is allowed now, just check with your Admin office for individual restrictions. those living in their own homes without admin offices can have maintenance or renovation services booked anytime.
