As part of our continuous efforts to develop and nurture the growth of employees. JS Unitrade recently launched a one - year program "Leadership Enrichment and Advancement Program (LEAP)" for our high - potentials to equip them with the right tools to be able to support our people in unlocking their potential to maximize their own performance, and to help them be the best version of themselves.

This extensive one year program includes three modules with hands on training in preparation for career changes in the future. The courses also provides tools and tactics to accelerate personal developments of our hi-po's. Through the help of iLeap Consulting, we were able to successfully launched our first module. Our Hi-Po's were able to gain lots of learning thru their innovation expedition expertise.

Yesterday, JS Unitrade's Leadership Team have undergone a training session on Leading with Impact in partnership with HURIS Inc. (Human Resources Innovations and Solutions Inc.) The entire session equipped our leaders with the tools to prepare for, adapt to, and manage complex challenges, and to inspire others to drive the best results for our company's goals.

Congratulations to our leaders! Our leaders were able to elevate their leadership game - it's not just about managing people, but igniting their potential, and conquering the waves of change hand in hand.

As part of our JSUnite - A Corporate Social Responsibility of JS Unitrade. A tree - planting event was conducted and participated by our JSU employees in partnership with Department of Environment and Natural Resources – NCR Nursery which took place at La Mesa Watershed, Novaliches Quezon City. Employees planted 250 pcs “Bignay” seedlings.

JS Unitrade believes that we are all responsible for maintaining a healthy planet, and together, as one, we can do it. Tree planting contributes to a healthier planet, cleaner air, and brighter future.

Thank you to all our Envi - Warriors headed by Ms. Jo Anne Latican-Catalan, QSHE Manager who came out to support our JSUnite - Tree Planting Event.
