NOTICE OF RATE ADJUSTMENT

Despite the previous increases in electricity and water costs, we made every effort to maintain our existing service rates in order to continue providing affordable and reliable service to our customers.
However, due to the recent price hike in LPG, which is essential to our daily operations, we regret to inform you that a rate adjustment is now necessary to help sustain our service quality and operational costs.
Effective today (April5, 2026), our updated service rates will be implemented.
Please be assured that we will continue to provide same-day release for your drop-off laundry, and all items will remain securely handled and stored in a clean, dust-free room to maintain the quality and hygiene of your garments.
We will make sure that you are paying for good quality service that is worth your trust, despite these necessary changes. Our commitment to excellent service, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction remains our top priority.
This decision was made only after careful consideration, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding and continued support.
