Submission Format Guidelines
To ensure your entry is accepted, please follow these format and quality requirements:
▪️File Type: JPG or PNG format only
▪️File Size: Maximum 20 MB
▪️Photo Orientation: Landscape or Portrait
▪️Image Quality: Clear, well-lit, not blurry
▪️Editing: Basic adjustments (brightness, contrast) allowed.
▪️No heavy filters, text overlays, or image manipulation.
▪️Number of Photos: One (1) photo per entry only
Entry Will Be Disqualified If:
▪️The photo is blurry, cropped, or unreadable
▪️The photo violates copyright infringement (e.g., using stock images)
▪️It contains inappropriate content(s)
▪️It does not match the theme or promo mechanics
Criteria for judging:
▪️Creativity and Originality: 30%
▪️Relevance to the Theme: 25%
▪️Composition and Visual Appeal: 25%
▪️Image Quality (Clarity, Lighting, etc.): 10%
▪️Overall Impact: 10%
✅Deadline for submission of entries is on November 27, 2025 at 2:00pm.
✅Determination of winners will be held on November 27, 2025 at the Kyzen Haier Smart & Lifestyle Showroom #287 Haig St. Mandaluyong City at 5:00 PM. A representative from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) shall be invited to witness the activity.
✅Announcement of winners shall be on November 27, 2025 through our official page: KYZEN Trading & Distribution (https://www.facebook.com/kyzenph).
✅Winners shall be notified via registered mail, e-mail and mobile number(SMS).
✅Winners will be posted our official page: KYZEN Trading & Distribution (https://www.facebook.com/kyzenph).
✅Tax (including 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00) and other expenses that will be incurred in relation to the prize shall be shouldered by the winner.
✅The prizes are non-transferrable
✅One entry per person only.
✅Winners may claim their prizes at KYZEN Trading & Distribution at 2 Barasoain Cor. Wilson St. Brgy. Little Baguio San Juan City during business hours., Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
✅To claim the prize, winners must present a valid government-issued ID (e.g., Driver’s License, Passport, Voter’s ID, etc.). Proof of winning message sent to email or sms.
✅If claiming thru an authorized representative, present the following documents: An authorization letter signed by the winner, Photocopy of the winner’s valid ID, His/her own valid ID.
✅Prizes should be claimed within sixty (60) days from the receipt of registered notice or it will be forfeited in favor of Kyzen Trading & Distribution with prior approval of DTI.
✅All employees of KYZEN Trading & Distribution, its partners and affiliates, and its advertising/marketing agencies, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from joining this promotion.
