🌧️ FLOOD-EXPOSED LAUNDRY ADVISORY ⚠️
Floodwater may contain bacteria, chemicals, dirt, and other contaminants that can pose risks to your health and damage your clothes if not properly treated.
If your clothes, linens, blankets, or other laundry items have been exposed to floodwater, please inform our staff before bringing them in. This allows us to take the necessary precautions and apply the appropriate cleaning and sanitizing process.
🧺 What to expect:
1️⃣ Inform Us – Tell our staff that your laundry was exposed to floodwater.
2️⃣ Pre-Treatment – Special cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting treatment may be required.
3️⃣ Extra Care – Flood-exposed items require additional attention and handling.
4️⃣ Allow Extra Time – Processing may take longer due to the additional treatment.
⚠️ SAFETY FIRST!
Please avoid washing heavily flood-contaminated items at home. Let trained laundry professionals handle them properly.
